Methods for Product Development
In this course, various methods for the effective and
efficient development of products that are both innovative and customer
oriented are taught and trained.
Examples are evaluation methods, 3D sketching and sophisticated methods
such as TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving for Innovative
Engineering Design), QFD (Quality Function Deployment) and FMEA
(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).
These methods are applied to an actual product development process
performed by the team. An undergraduate diploma is a prerequisite for
participation.
